About product

Kabuki masks for the F-35A Lightning II (1:72, BASIC)

A set of accurately cut masks made of fine Japanese paper (kabuki) from the manufacturer New Ware. The BASIC version covers the outer glazing of the cockpit of a model in 1:72 scale, so that spraying the paint produces clean and sharp frames without the laborious trimming of tape by hand.

Use

  • Line the masks up exactly on the glazing, press them down and then spray the color of the frames.
  • Kabuki paper follows curves and is easily removed without adhesive residue.
  • The BASIC version deals with masking the outside of the cockpit; it does not include inner masks or wheel masks.
  • Intended for models of the F-35A Lightning II in 1:72 scale.

Who it is for

For modelers who want quick and clean masking of the cockpit and prefer the undemanding version without interior and undercarriage masks.

The set is an accessory for a model; paints, glue and the kit itself are not included in the package.
