Responsibility details are not available.
A detailed accessory in 1:72 scale from Eduard, produced by direct 3D printing from resin. It represents a deployed drag chute for the American McDonnell Douglas F-4E Phantom II fighter, supplemented with photo-etched parts. It lets you show the aircraft on its landing roll with the chute streamed. This is not a stand-alone airplane model but a striking accessory for a kit.
A deployed drag chute gives a diorama or a display case the dynamism of the moment of landing. 3D printing allows a realistic rendering of the fabric canopy and the lines, which would be hard to shape in plastic. It is a rewarding detail typical of operational scenes with the Phantom.
Wash any print resin residue off the parts and separate them from the print supports. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and bend the fine photo-etched parts precisely. Paint the chute in white and orange stripes according to the standard markings, and pick out the transitions and shadows subtly.
A resin accessory set. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
