Yahu Models instrument panel F4U-1/1A/1D Corsair 1:72 is a colored photo-etched instrument panel for the cockpit of the American carrier fighter. It is a detail accessory, not an aircraft model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A colored photo-etched instrument panel for the American carrier-based Vought F4U Corsair fighter in the 1, 1A and 1D versions in 1:72 scale. It is a finished cockpit accessory, not an aircraft kit. Thin etched metal with pre-printed colored dials replaces the panel from the kit and, even in a small scale, gives the pilot's compartment a faithful and readable look without hand painting.
The Vought F4U Corsair was an American single-engine carrier-based fighter of the Second World War, unmistakable for its wing cranked into a gull shape. A powerful engine and a heavy armament made it one of the most successful American fighters in the Pacific. The F4U-1, 1A and 1D versions differed above all in the execution of the canopy and the equipment.
Break the panel out of the fret, remove the original instrument panel of the kit and seat the new one in its place. It holds best with a drop of cyanoacrylate glue or a glue for photo-etch. The part is tiny, so work with fine tweezers and try it for fit before fixing it.
This is a detail accessory for a cockpit, not a kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
