Responsibility details are not available.
A set of self-adhesive masking templates in 1:72 scale for the Fokker F27 Friendship airliner. It is not a kit and not a template for spraying camouflage — the templates serve to cover the glazing before the model is sprayed. With an airliner this is exactly the work that takes the most time by hand: the cabin windows make up a long regular row and any irregularity is immediately obvious. The designation basic marks out the basic extent of the set; the maker also offers a more extensive variant for the same aircraft. The templates are cut to the shape of a particular kit, so verify before buying that you own the matching model. The masks are cut for the Italeri and ESCI kits.
For builders of civil airliners and collectors of models in 1:72 scale who care about a clean transition between the fuselage and the windows. It pays off especially with glossy airline schemes, where every overrun of paint is visible at first glance.
This is an accessory, not a model. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
