Verify the exact contents and material of the package against the manufacturer's catalog.
Fort Eben Emael was a massive Belgian fortress complex on the river Meuse not far from Liege, completed in the second half of the 1930s as part of a defensive line against an attack from the northeast. It became famous for its capture at the beginning of the German offensive in May 1940, when it was put out of action within a few hours by an airborne unit landed by gliders directly on its upper plateau.
On fortification structures, a realistic painting of the concrete stands out with the layering of gray and earthy shades, finished with washes and dry brushing. The model fits well into a diorama with terrain, vegetation and figures. Proceed according to the enclosed instructions and the type of material used.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
