Responsibility details are not available.
This plastic figure set from Zvezda in 1:72 scale represents French knights of the 15th century. The set is made up of mounted figures in full plate armor with horses in several poses, so it makes it possible to assemble a striking scene of the heavy cavalry of the late Middle Ages. It is a plastic kit intended to be assembled and painted.
The knights of the 15th century were the peak of the development of heavy cavalry. Full plate armor protected the rider and the horse, and knights took part in the battles of the closing stage of the Hundred Years' War between England and France and in other conflicts of the late Middle Ages. Decorative caparisons and heraldry make these figures a rewarding subject for scenes rich in color.
Cut the small parts away carefully and clean up the mold lines; glue them with thin cement for plastic. Work the plate armor up in metallic shades and with a polished dry brush, and treat the caparisons and the heraldry in saturated colors with sharp transitions. Paint the horses in variations of brown tones. A primer will secure the adhesion of the paints on the smooth armor.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
