Responsibility details are not available.
A set of plastic figures of Gallic (Celtic) warriors from the maker Zvezda in 1:72 scale. The figures capture fighters from roughly the 2nd to the 1st century BC, that is from the time of the clashes between the Gauls and Rome. The package holds figures in several fighting poses, which suit both the animation of historical dioramas and wargaming. This is a set of figures, not a model of a vehicle or an aircraft.
The Gauls were Celtic tribes inhabiting the area of present-day France and its surroundings. They were renowned as formidable foot fighters armed with spears, swords and large shields, often with painted shields and striking hairstyles. Their resistance to Rome culminated in the Gallic Wars in the middle of the 1st century BC.
Separate the figures from the sprue carefully, clean up the mold seams and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue or modeling cement for plastic. Spray the base with primer and then paint with a brush; on the leather, metal and fabric parts, toning and a light wash to bring out the detail both help.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue and paints are not included in the package.
