An injected plastic kit of the modern German main battle tank Panther KF51 in 1:72 scale from the maker Vespid Models. The set combines plastic parts with 3D-printed additions, a turned metal barrel and photo-etch; the tracks are done by the link and length method. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Panther KF51 is a concept for a main battle tank developed by the Rheinmetall company, which starts from the hull of the Leopard 2 series and brings an entirely new turret and a modern gun of large caliber. The vehicle was presented at defense trade fairs as a demonstrator of a new generation of armored vehicles.
Clean the 3D-printed parts of the remains of the supports and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate); the plastic is joined by cement for plastic. Degrease the metal barrel before fitting it and give it a base coat. Finish the running gear and the details before closing the hull; several possible color schemes are available. For patina make use of washes and pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
