The Roden Gotha G.IV plastic kit in 1:72 scale represents the German twin-engine bomber biplane of the First World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit from the Ukrainian company Roden captures the heavy German bomber Gotha G.IV in 1:72 scale. It is a large twin-engine biplane; the set is meant to be glued and painted and holds decals for period color schemes.
The Gotha G.IV was a German long-range bomber fielded in the First World War for strategic raids, among others on Great Britain. It had two inline engines arranged as pushers and a crew of several men. The first daylight raid by Gothas on England took place in 1917.
Given the wide wingspan, pay attention to gluing the lifting surfaces and the interplane struts firmly. Glue with a thin cement for plastic, use a primer and an airbrush. Put the emphasis on the bracing wires and on seating the engine nacelles carefully.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
