Responsibility details are not available.
A set of markings in 1:72 scale from Star Decals. According to the name it is tied to the heavy Tiger I tanks with the Grossdeutschland unit and covers the early, mid and late production versions. The model itself is sold separately; here you are buying only the decals.
The Tiger I was a German heavy tank committed from 1942 on the Eastern as well as the Western Front and became known for its thick frontal armor and its 88mm gun. During production the machine changed step by step: the early examples had a drum-shaped commander's cupola and rubber-rimmed road wheels, the later version was given a cast cupola and steel wheels with internal springing. Grossdeutschland was among the units that used Tigers in the fighting on the Eastern Front.
Because the sheet covers three production stages, choose the markings only according to which version of the Tiger you are building, and do not mix the markings of the production versions. Go over the base under a decal to a gloss, apply the markings once it has dried and let them settle into the texture of the surface. Subsequent dusting with pigments then lets just as much stand out as matches the age of the vehicle.
