1:72 H-75 A1/A2 SPACE is a color Eduard cockpit detail set of 3D decals and photo-etched parts for a model of the Curtiss H-75 Hawk fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
An Eduard detail set of the SPACE range in 1:72 scale for a model of the Curtiss H-75 Hawk fighter in the A1 and A2 versions. The SPACE range combines 3D decals with relief of the instruments and panels, printed on a backing decal paper, with colored photo-etched parts such as seat belts. Even in the smaller 1:72 scale you can thus get a colored and three-dimensional cockpit without laborious hand painting.
The Curtiss H-75 Hawk (in American service the P-36) was an all-metal fighter with retractable landing gear of the late 1930s. The export H-75A versions served with a number of countries, notably for example with the French Air Force in the opening battles of the Second World War. The machine was agile and rugged, even though newer types soon overtook it in armament and performance.
Prepare the surface under the elements smooth and degreased. Moisten only the backing paper with a sponge and a drop of detergent, lift the element off with tweezers and fix it with white PVA glue. Do not use a decal softener or a decal fixer, as their chemicals attack the printed resin and will destroy the element. Separate the small colored photo-etched parts from the fret and glue them with super glue. The manufacturer does not recommend super glue on the 3D element itself. In 1:72 scale work particularly carefully and with good lighting. The set is conceived for a particular plastic H-75 model in this scale.
This is a detail accessory, not a model. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
