1:72 House corner base from the Black Dog brand is a finished base with the corner of a building on which you stand a model of 1:72 scale.

A base with the corner of a building gives a display two walls enclosing an angle and with them something a level board will never offer: depth. A model placed into a corner always reads better than a model standing in front of a flat wall.
Two planes that meet divide the light. One wall stays lit, the other falls into shadow, and between them a sharp edge arises along which the eye slides straight to the model. At the same time you gain a natural hiding place, because anything around the corner cannot be seen. The display thereby looks as though it carried on beyond its own edge.
Work from a dark base toward the light. A facade never has a single shade, so build it up in patches, over small areas and in several slightly differing tones. Bring the joints out with a thin dark solution, which flows of its own accord. Finally add a lighter dry brush on the standing edges and dust at the foot of the wall.
Place the vehicle or the figure so that its axis is not parallel with either of the walls. A slight turn will create tension and the display will stop acting like a show booth. Try several positions out dry before gluing.
The model and the painting materials are not supplied with the base.
