Eduard 1:72 Hunter F Mk.6 are die-cut painting masks for clean masking of the cockpit glazing and other transparent parts of a model of the British jet fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
Precisely die-cut painting masks from the Czech maker Eduard in 1:72 scale. It is not a model but an accessory for modelers: self-adhesive masks in kabuki tape which cover the cockpit glazing and other areas with a clear surface while painting. They save the laborious cutting of sticky tape and give crisp, straight frames on the glazing.
The Hawker Hunter F Mk.6 was a British single-seat jet fighter of the 1950s with a swept wing and a Rolls-Royce Avon engine. It ranked among the elegant and well-liked machines of its era, stood out for its handling qualities and served with the Royal Air Force and with many other countries too. The F.6 version was one of the main fighter forms.
The masks are die-cut to the shape of a particular kit in this scale. Lift a part off the sheet, lay it on the glazing and press the edges down with a pointed wooden stick along the lines. Spray the color of the frames and peel the mask off. Kabuki tape holds reliably and leaves no adhesive.
This is a set of masks, not a model. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
