This plastic kit in 1:72 scale from the manufacturer Arma Hobby represents the British Hawker Hurricane fighter in the Mk IIb version. The brand is valued among modelers for its fine surface detail and the good accuracy of its parts. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Hurricane was one of the key British fighters of the Second World War and, together with the Spitfire, bore the weight of the Battle of Britain. The Mk II version was given a more powerful Merlin engine, and the Mk IIb rendering had expanded wing armament and, in some cases, the ability to carry bombs under the wings. The Hurricane served on many battlefields from Europe to North Africa.
Use liquid cement for plastic on the joints. Paint the cockpit before closing up the fuselage and mask the clear parts. We recommend a primer coat and spraying the camouflage with an airbrush; the fine engraved detail will come out after light weathering with washes and accentuation of the panels.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
