A complete kit of the Israeli M113 carrier in the experimental version, 1:72 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The M113 is an American tracked armored personnel carrier introduced in the 1960s. Armor of aluminum alloy gave it a low weight for its day and made it easy to transport, thanks to which it spread to dozens of armies around the world. In the Israeli army it was among the most numerous tracked vehicles and it serves under the nickname Zelda. The Israeli vehicles went through continual modifications, so one differs from another more than in any other army.
A complete kit in 1:72 scale. According to the name it is a whole model, not an accessory set for another kit. The name also places it with the experimental Israeli version of the M113; how it differs from the ordinary version and how to proceed with the build are given in the manufacturer's instructions.
Fit the parts dry first and glue them only afterwards; in a small scale a deviation at one joint carries over into the whole outline. Cut the excess material away with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the rest with a fine abrasive. Before painting, wash the model in lukewarm soapy water and degrease it. A suitable glue and the order of assembly are given in the manufacturer's instructions. Israeli vehicles tend to be in a single light shade, which looks flat on its own, so the model only comes alive once the edges are brought out, with dust at the running gear and wear on the walking surfaces.
The kit is for modelers who take an interest in Israeli vehicles in 1:72 scale and are not put off by a less usual version. Paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
