An injection-molded plastic kit of the Israeli IAI Kfir fighter in the C2 version in 1:72 scale from the Japanese manufacturer Hasegawa. The kit is molded in gray plastic and offers a well-divided surface, a cockpit with an instrument panel, a detailed landing gear and decals for Israeli Air Force options. It is a proven classic for 1:72 scale.
The IAI Kfir was an Israeli supersonic multirole fighter developed on the basis of the French Mirage and fitted with an American turbojet. The C2 version was marked by characteristic canards at the root of the wing leading edge and a modified nose, which improved agility and flying qualities. Kfirs formed an important part of the Israeli Air Force and were also deployed by export customers.
Paint and fit the cockpit before closing up the fuselage; pay attention to the exact seating of the air intakes. The desert camouflage of the Israeli machines is best applied with an airbrush in soft transitions. Under the decals we recommend a gloss coat, so that the markings adhere well.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
