The heavy air-to-ground missile Kh-29L Kedge with a laser seeker, two pieces including launch units. Scale 1:72, brand AMMO of Mig Jimenez.
Responsibility details are not available.
A pair of hefty air-to-ground missiles, to which belong AKU-58 launch units, clear lenses with covers and decals. Printed in resin, so the edges of the fins stay thin and sharp.
The Kh-29, NATO reporting name Kedge, is among the heaviest tactical missiles of Eastern design and carries an unusually powerful warhead. It was built against bridges, concrete shelters, runways and medium-sized ships. The version with the letter L has semi-active laser guidance, that is the same principle as laser bombs: the target is illuminated by the carrier or by a ground spotter. The missile was carried by the MiG-27 and MiG-29, further by the Su-17 and Su-22, the Su-24, the Su-25 and the later Su-30 and Su-34.
First assemble the launch units and try seating them dry on the pylon; glue the missile on only then. Given the length of the part, it helps to drill a hole and insert a wire. Fit the lens only after varnishing. The lettering on this ordnance is usually small and dark, so let the decals stand out on a smooth base. Finally go over the fins with a flat varnish, so that the surface matches the aircraft, and leave the tips without weathering.
You will not find the aircraft or the paints in the package.
