This is NOT an aircraft kit but a color photo-etched accessory set from Eduard for detailing the model of the modern F-35A Lightning II fighter in 1:72 scale. The set brings fine etched metal parts and, in the color portion, self-adhesive pre-printed cockpit panels and seat belts. The aim is to raise the realism of the cockpit area and of the small details compared with the plastic from the box.
Photo-etch adds to or replaces flat plastic details with fine metal parts. The color parts make it possible to fit out a cockpit with convincing instrument graphics without laborious hand painting. The set is designed for the model of the F-35A Lightning II in 1:72 scale.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife on a firm surface and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Press the self-adhesive color parts down with tweezers. Use a bending tool or a razor blade for clean bends. Before fitting, match the color of the surrounding plastic to the tones of the photo-etch.
This is an accessory detail set, not a model in its own right. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
