This set is a resin conversion accessory for models of the twin-engined Lockheed Ventura in 1:72 scale. It makes it possible to build the night fighter form with the matching reworking of the nose and the equipment. It is made by the Czech company AML. The set is designed for the Academy kit.
The Ventura was created as a combat and patrol aircraft derived from an airliner, and during part of its service it also carried out the duties of a night fighter and a patrol machine. The night versions carried additional equipment, which this conversion reproduces.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer before painting and build the night scheme with an eye for the fine shades of dark colors.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
