The M3 Half Track was one of the most widespread American vehicles of the Second World War: with wheels at the front and a tracked run at the rear it carried infantry, served as a prime mover and became the basis for many combat conversions. Building and painting tips

Build the smaller vehicles in this scale one piece at a time; on the M3 carrier, assemble and paint the running gear and the interior of the hull first and only then close it up. Glue the parts with thin modeling cement for plastic. Apply a primer and the paints with an airbrush; tie all the vehicles together with a common color tone and bring them to life by picking out the details with a wash and adding dust and mud pigments to the running gear.
