1:72 Mask Su-7BM/BMK (New Ware)

This is a mask set, not a model. It contains pre-cut (die-cut) self-adhesive kabuki tape masks for the canopy, other clear parts, the wheels and usually also masks for the camouflage demarcation on Su-7BM and Su-7BMK models in 1:72 scale. The pre-cut masks replace tedious hand cutting of tape and give crisp transitions.

The real subject

The Sukhoi Su-7 Fitter was a Soviet fixed-wing fighter-bomber of the Cold War era. The BM version and the export BMK were among the widespread strike variants. It was a rugged single-seat machine with a powerful engine and a simple but sturdy structure.
