Art Scale 1:72 Messerschmitt Me 410A - exhaust set is a resin detail set that replaces the simplified plastic exhausts on a model of the Me 410A heavy fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a resin detail set in 1:72 scale, not an aircraft model. The precisely cast exhaust pipes replace the simplified plastic parts and give the engine nacelles of a Messerschmitt Me 410A model a realistic look and depth.
The Messerschmitt Me 410 Hornisse was a German twin-engine multirole aircraft of the Second World War period. The Me 410A version served as a heavy fighter and a fast bomber and was powered by two Daimler-Benz DB 603 inverted V12 engines.
First wash the parts free of mold release residue, carefully cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Use respiratory protection when sanding. The exhausts come out well in shades of burnt steel and rust, and pigments and washes provide the final weathering.
The detail set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the basic model are not included in the package.
