An add-on photo-etched set from the Czech maker Eduard for refining a model of the Soviet MiG-23ML Flogger fighter in 1:72 scale. It is not a kit but fine metal parts that raise the detail of a model.
The MiG-23 with its variable-sweep wing was one of the main Soviet fighters of the Cold War. The ML version was a lightened and higher-performing variant intended for air combat, used by a number of armed forces around the world.
The etch refines above all the cockpit and adds small external details. Separate the parts with a sharp knife, make the bends in a photo-etch bender and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue or with glue for photo-etched parts. Degrease the surfaces before gluing and paint the small parts with an airbrush.
The photo-etched set is an accessory, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
