An injection-molded plastic kit of the Soviet MiG-27 attack aircraft (NATO reporting name Flogger D) in 1:72 scale from Hasegawa. The model captures the single-seat attack machine with a variable-geometry wing intended to support ground forces.
The MiG-27 was a Soviet single-seat attack aircraft derived from the MiG-23 fighter and adapted for strikes on ground targets. It had a variable-geometry wing, a reshaped nose with a good view toward the ground and heavy gun and bomb armament. It served with the Soviet Air Force and with a number of other countries.
Finish the cockpit and the landing gear bays before closing the fuselage. Decide whether you will build the wing in the spread or the swept position. Spraying the model with an airbrush over a base filler is recommended; mask the clear parts and apply the decals over a gloss coat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
