The Eduard Big Ed MiG-29A izdeliye 9-12 1:72 set brings together photo-etched parts and a masking set in one package. It is not a model but a complete bundle of accessories intended for the Trumpeter kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
Big Ed brings together in one package several accessory sets from the Czech manufacturer Eduard that are also sold separately, for the 1:72 plastic kit of the Soviet Mikoyan MiG-29A fighter (the izdeliye 9-12 version) from Trumpeter. It is not an airplane model but a complete set of accessories: photo-etched parts including colored elements, plus a masking set for the glazing. Everything needed to detail one kit is therefore in a single box.
The bundle combines a photo-etched set for refining the cockpit and the exterior with pre-cut masks that make it easier to paint the glazing frames cleanly. The modeler thus gets everything needed to detail one kit in one package.
Photo-etched parts are separated with a sharp knife on a cutting surface and glued with super glue (cyanoacrylate); straight bends are more accurate with a photo-etch bending tool. The masks are applied to the glazing, the color of the frames is sprayed and then they are peeled off.
This is an add-on set, not a model. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
