A set from the SPACE range in 1:72 scale from Eduard for models of the Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21PFM fighter. It combines three-dimensional (3D) pre-colored decals with relief for the instrument panel and the side consoles with pre-colored photo-etched seat belts. It makes it possible to create a realistic cockpit without laborious hand painting. It is not a kit: it is for finishing a model obtained separately.
The 3D decals have a genuine raised structure and full colors, so once applied the instruments and panels look three-dimensional and faithful. The photo-etched belts are pre-colored as well and only have to be shaped and fitted. The set is designed for the shape of the interior of this particular type of model.
Apply the 3D decals to a clean surface, ideally with tweezers. Bend the photo-etched belts carefully to shape before fitting them. Thanks to the printed colors, demanding shading of the cockpit falls away.
The package contains 3D decals and photo-etched belts. The model itself and paints are not included.
