This resin, 3D-printed detail set replaces the exhaust nozzle on models of the Japanese Mitsubishi F-2 fighter in 1:72 scale. The nozzle is in the open position (with the petals spread). The F-2 is a Japanese machine derived from the design of the F-16 but a design in its own right; a faithful nozzle helps to bring out the character of the rear end. It is not a model but a detail accessory.
It replaces the simplified nozzle from the box with a finely rendered part with faithful petals and internal structure. The rear end is exactly the place that is clearly visible on a model.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts, separate them from the print supports and sand them. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways when sanding resin.
The set contains resin parts only. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
