1:72 Mk.7 Ejection seat seat belts are harness straps for the Martin-Baker Mk.7 ejection seat in 1:72 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of straps meant for the Mk.7 type of seat, which the builder adds themselves into a cockpit already under way. The goods do not replace the seat but complete it with the part that plastic castings in a small scale usually only suggest with engraving.
The Mk.7 designation belongs to a generation of ejection seats of the 1960s, when a rocket section began to be used for ejection and leaving a machine safely became possible even at low altitude. Seats of this family found use across types: they were carried by carrier machines of the US Navy as well as by British aircraft of the same era, among them the McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II. That is exactly why the set is not tied to a single aircraft but to the seat itself, so what decides is the type of equipment, not the name of the fighter.
First check which seat your particular machine and its production batch carried, because changes occur even within one type of aircraft. Paint the seat and highlight the edges before you set about the straps. The work is made much easier by a small stand or a wooden stick to which you temporarily attach the seat with double-sided tape, leaving both hands free.
