A detail set of radial engines from the Brassin line for the plastic kit of the American North American B-25J Mitchell medium bomber in 1:72 scale from Eduard. The set combines resin parts with fine photo-etched metal elements. It is not an aircraft model but an accessory that replaces and sharpens up the engines of the base kit. The set is made for B-25J kits in this scale. The cast engines capture the detail of the cylinders and the valve gear that injection-molded plastic in this scale usually cannot show.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut the casting blocks away and clean them up with respiratory protection. Bend the photo-etched elements on a bender if needed. Glue everything with cyanoacrylate glue. Spray the engines with an airbrush and pick the cylinders and the valve gear out with a wash and dry-brushing.
This is not a model but a detail accessory. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
