This is a 3D-printed resin accessory from Firma49 in 1:72 scale, not a model on its own. It represents an aircraft oxygen cylinder, that is a pressure vessel of the kind used in the cockpits and fuselages of aircraft. It serves to bring an interior to life and to add small supply details.
Oxygen cylinders supplied the crews of aircraft with breathing oxygen at altitude. They tended to be placed in the cockpit, the fuselage or the bomb bay and are typical internal equipment that adds truth to a model when the covers are open.
In 1:72 scale these are very small parts, so work carefully. Wash the uncured resin residue off them, separate them from the print supports and clean them up; before removing them the resin can be softened briefly in hot water. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue and paint according to the period equipment of the aircraft in question.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
