Colored photo-etched instrument panel PZL P.11c (1:72) is a finished detail accessory for the cockpit of a plastic kit, not an aircraft model.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a colored photo-etched detail set from Yahu Models — a finished, printed and all but ready-to-fit instrument panel for a cockpit. It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory that replaces a decal or a bare plastic part and markedly raises the accuracy of the instrument panel. The panel is intended for plastic PZL P.11c kits in 1:72 scale.
The PZL P.11c was a Polish all-metal high-wing fighter of the 1930s with the characteristic cranked Pulawski wing, a radial engine and fixed landing gear. In September 1939 it formed the backbone of the fighter force of the Polish army and, despite its aging design, it wrote itself into the history of the first phase of the Second World War.
The colored etch is separated from the fret and glued straight into the place of the original panel, ideally with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) applied in a small amount. The surface already has the instrument dials simulated, so laborious hand painting is avoided. Blackening the edges and, if needed, packing the panel out with a piece of plastic for the right depth are recommended.
The accessory is supplied on its own; the plastic aircraft kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
