According to the name it concentrates on two areas: the bomb bay and the radar. Both are parts that a plastic kit in a small scale usually simplifies or deals with as a closed cover only.
The Grumman Tracker, originally designated S2F and later S-2, was a carrier-based anti-submarine aircraft with a pair of piston engines and a high-mounted wing with folding outer panels. It was designed to combine both search and attack in one machine, carrying search equipment and, in the bomb bay in the fuselage, the armament. Part of the search equipment was a retractable radar under the fuselage. The type served with a number of navies for long decades and transport and patrol variants were derived from it.
Wash the castings in lukewarm water with dish soap, so that the remains of mold release agent disappear. Cut the casting blocks away with a saw or a fine knife, and do the sanding wet and with respiratory protection. They are glued with super glue. With a bomb bay set, reckon on having to cut the original closed cover out of the plastic, so work in small steps and keep testing dry. Paint and weather the inside of the bomb bay before gluing it in; once assembled you cannot get at it.
The set is supplied unpainted and is intended for working a kit up. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package. The target kit is stated on the box of the set, so please check before buying that the set matches your model.
