Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Sd.Kfz.221 light reconnaissance armored car in 1:72 scale from the Polish manufacturer First to Fight. The model represents a four-wheeled armored car with a small open turret. The parts are designed as snap-fit and the box usually includes illustrated instructions and decals.
The Sd.Kfz.221 was the lightest of the family of German light armored reconnaissance cars. It was built on a standardized all-wheel-drive chassis, had a crew of two and a small open turret originally armed with a machine gun. It entered service in the second half of the 1930s and took part in the campaign against Poland in 1939, in France and in the opening battles on the Eastern Front, where it mainly carried out reconnaissance and liaison work.
Separate the small parts carefully and clean them up. It is worth painting the inside of the turret and the fighting compartment before the hull is closed up. We recommend securing the snap-fit joints with cement for plastic. For the early campaigns use overall Panzergrau; a wash and dust pigments will complete the weathering.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
