A set of two Polish aircraft in 1:72 scale, the PZL.37B bomber and the PZL P.11a fighter. The models are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
Responsibility details are not available.
The PZL.37B was a Polish twin-engine bomber, for its day a modern all-metal machine with a good load capacity and relatively small dimensions. The PZL P.11a is by comparison an older single-engine high-wing fighter with fixed landing gear, recognizable by the wing cranked at the fuselage into a gull-wing shape. Both types were part of the equipment of the Polish Air Force at the end of the 1930s and in modeling they are often built side by side precisely for that difference between a new and a departing generation.
The designation of two subjects in the name refers to a package for two models in 1:72 scale. The models are supplied unassembled and unpainted, and the range of the parts, the marking options and the recommended sequence are given in the instructions enclosed by the manufacturer.
Before gluing, remove the surplus material and the traces of production from the parts, sand the mating faces and dry-fit the assembly. In 1:72 scale the cleanliness of the joints decides the result, so fill and sand with feeling so that the fine engraving does not disappear. It is advisable to paint and glaze the cockpits before closing the fuselage. The color scheme of the Polish Air Force rests on a dark upper coat and a lighter underside; spray the transition between them at reduced pressure.
Paints, glue, filler and add-on sets are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
