Spitfire Mk.XIV and V1 in 1:72 is a classic plastic kit of the British fighter and the German flying bomb from the historic Frog/Novo molds.
Responsibility details are not available.
A classic plastic kit in 1:72 scale combining the British Supermarine Spitfire Mk.XIV fighter and the German V1 flying bomb. It comes from a historic Frog mold, later reissued under the Novo brand. The package contains the parts for both subjects and decals.
The Spitfire Mk.XIV was a powerful fighter driven by the twelve-cylinder Rolls-Royce Griffon engine, which thanks to its higher output and rate of climb ranked among the best British fighters of the closing stages of the war. It also served in intercepting V1 flying bombs (Fieseler Fi 103), the missiles Germany launched against England. Combining both subjects in one package thus points to their real combat encounter.
With older molds, expect to clean up the parting lines more carefully and to fill the odd gap. Use thin cement on the plastic and apply a primer before painting. The original decals of classic releases tend to be weaker, so for the best result consider a good airbrush or aftermarket decals.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
