A plastic kit of the Swedish light tank Stridsvagn m/38 in 1:72 scale from the Polish manufacturer IBG Models. The set contains injection-molded parts and waterslide decals for a faithful rendering of this interwar armored vehicle.
The Stridsvagn m/38 belonged to the family of Swedish light tanks derived from the L-60 type. The machines, with independent suspension and a quick-firing gun, entered the armament of the Swedish army at the end of the 1930s. The design of this type also became the pattern for tanks built under license in other countries.
In 1:72 scale the parts are small, so we recommend precise cleaning up and liquid cement for plastic. Paint the running gear before you finish the hull. A primer will improve adhesion, dark washes will bring out the detail and dust pigments on the tracks will give the tank a realistic look.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
