1:72 Su-22 in Polish service part 3 gray scheme

Model Maker Decals 1:72 Su-22 in Polish service, part 3 (gray scheme)

A set of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale for the Su-22 fighter-bomber (the Sukhoi Su-22 Fitter) in Polish Air Force service. It is not a kit but an accessory with markings for a finished, painted model. The third part of the series concentrates on the newer gray camouflage of the Polish machines.

The real subject and the markings

The Su-22 with its variable-geometry wing was among the mainstays of Polish tactical aviation. The newer machines received a modern gray low-visibility scheme that replaced the older colored camouflage. The set holds service legends and markings for both the single-seat and the two-seat versions, and unit emblems including the eye-catching artwork on the covers.

Use

• Apply the decals onto smooth gloss varnish; that prevents silvering under the film.
• Use a decal softener and setting solution, so the small legends settle onto the panel lines.
• Once dry, seal with a varnish to suit the sheen you want on the model.

Who the set is for

For modelers of modern jets and enthusiasts of the Polish Air Force.

This is a set of decals; the aircraft model, the paints and the glue are not included in the package.
