An injection-molded plastic kit of the modern Russian multi-role fighter Sukhoi Su-35S Flanker in 1:72 scale. This new-mold set is among the best in the scale: it holds a photo-etched part, decals, a detailed cockpit and a rich load of underwing armament including guided air-to-air missiles. The slats and the flaps can also be assembled in the extended position.
The Su-35S is a deep modernization of the proven Su-27 Flanker family. It is a multi-role fighter of generation 4++ with powerful thrust-vectoring engines, which give it exceptional agility, and with a modern radar and avionics. The machine carries a wide range of guided missiles and is one of the highest-performing Russian fighters of today.
Glue the parts with thin liquid cement for plastic and attach the etched parts with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Finish the cockpit with its instruments before closing the fuselage up and cover the glazing with a mask. Plan the make-up of the stores and the placing of the missiles in advance. Modern Russian gray camouflage comes out well after light highlighting of the panel lines and restrained shading; apply gloss varnish under the decals.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
