An injection-molded plastic kit of the modern Russian single-seat multirole fighter Sukhoi Su-35S (in the NATO reporting name Flanker-E) in 1:72 scale from the maker Great Wall Hobby. It is a quality modern tooling complemented by photo-etched parts and clear glazing. The box offers a decal sheet and rich external stores typical of this type. In 1:72 scale it is a model that stores well and is detailed at the same time.
The Su-35S is a thorough upgrade of the proven Su-27 Flanker line. It is distinguished by high agility thanks to engines with thrust vectoring, a powerful radar and a large fuel load for long range. It carries a wide range of guided air-to-air and air-to-ground armament, so it fills the roles of air superiority as well as strikes on ground targets. Power is provided by a pair of powerful afterburning turbofan engines.
First finish and paint the cockpit; fit the colored photo-etched parts into the interior. Think through the arrangement of the stores and fit the pylons according to the scheme you choose. Glue the plastic with liquid modeling cement and sand the joints of the fuselage and the air intakes. Mask the glazing; apply the modern multi-shade camouflage with an airbrush, emphasize the panel lines with a fine wash and lay the decals on a gloss clear.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
