This set is a fine photo-etched accessory intended for detailing a model of the Soviet T-34 medium tank in 1:72 scale. It is not a kit of the tank but a set of thin metal parts with which you replace or supplement the coarser plastic items. Typically it adds the fine screens, fenders, brackets and other items that noticeably raise the realism at a small scale. The maker is the Czech firm Hauler, a specialist in photo-etched accessories.
The T-34 was a Soviet medium tank and one of the most significant armored vehicles of the Second World War. The combination of sloped armor, a powerful gun, wide tracks and simple maintenance made it an exceptionally effective weapon and one built in huge numbers. Tens of thousands were produced in many production variants.
Separate the parts carefully with a sharp knife on a hard surface, and use a photo-etch bender or a precise ruler for the bends. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Let the photo-etched parts dry well before the final weathering (washes and pigments); do not clog the fine screens with paint that is too thick.
This is a detail accessory, not a model of the tank. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
