Quickboost air intakes and pitot tube for the Ta 154 in 1:72 scale. A resin detail accessory from Aires.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin detail accessory from Quickboost, made by Aires, in 1:72 scale. It is not an aircraft model but a separate set containing air intakes and a pitot tube with which you refine a finished model of the Ta 154 night fighter. The fine resin rendering offers a cleaner shape than the plastic parts.
The Focke-Wulf Ta 154, nicknamed the Moskito, was a German twin-engine night fighter from the end of the Second World War whose structure made use of wood. The air intakes fed air to the propulsion and cooling systems, and the pitot tube sensed the speed of flight.
Wash the parts to remove mold release residue, separate the casting blocks carefully and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Sand with respiratory protection. Fit the thin pitot tube at the end of the build so that it does not get damaged.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
