An injection-molded plastic kit of the German heavy tank Tiger II Ausf. B in 1:72 scale. This armored colossus, nicknamed the King Tiger, was among the most heavily armed and best armored tanks of its day. The model offers a faithful shape of the hull and the turret, a rotating turret and detailed running gear.
The Tiger II Ausf. B was used in the closing phase of the Second World War. It combined massive frontal armor with a powerful 88 mm gun, which made it a feared opponent, albeit at the cost of high weight and consumption. Its sloped armor foreshadowed the postwar development of tanks.
Assemble and paint the running gear before the hull is closed. Apply the base with an airbrush and bring out the tracks and the underside with washes and pigments for mud and dust effects. Liquid cement for plastic will ensure clean joints.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
