US 250 lb bombs 1:72 is a resin detail set from Eduard. It brings a set of 250-pound aerial bombs; it is not a model but an accessory for underwing stores.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set holds six faithfully cast American 250-pound aerial bombs in 1:72 scale, completed with photo-etched fins and decals for the markings. It is an aftermarket resin accessory. It does not hold a model of the aircraft; it serves to enrich the underwing stores of models of American combat aircraft of the Second World War.
American 250-pound high-explosive bombs were standard armament for fighter-bombers and medium bombers of the American forces in the Second World War. Aircraft carried them on raids against ground and naval targets. Faithful bombs give a model a combat character.
Wash the mold release residue off the resin bombs, cut off the casting blocks and join the fine photo-etched fins with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The bombs are usually painted olive green or gray, and the enclosed decals add the yellow identification bands and technical markings.
This is a detail set, not a complete model. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
