1:72 US Navy tow bar is a resin accessory to a model you already have, not an airplane kit: the tow bar with which parked US Navy aircraft are connected to a tractor, in 1:72 scale.

This is an accessory to a model or a diorama, not an aircraft kit. The Czech maker Brengun supplies the tow bar as a resin casting. The bar connects the nose landing gear of an aircraft to a tractor and is used wherever a machine is moved across an area under no power of its own, on a carrier deck and at a land base alike.
It is one of the few accessories that establishes action on its own. An aircraft with its flaps retracted and a tow bar set down by the nose wheel reads to the viewer as a machine that is about to be moved. The bar can be used in two ways: connected to the landing gear, or set down beside the aircraft on the apron. The second option is simpler and still gives the scene the same logic. The accessory is not tied to one type of aircraft; it goes only by the scale.
The casting is long and slender, so handle it carefully until it is sanded and painted. First wash it in warm soapy water so that no mold release agent is left on the surface. Never break the casting block off: cut it with a saw or a thin disc and sand the area down. If the casting is slightly bowed, resin can be straightened by a brief dip in hot water and held flat until it cools; go slowly and do not overheat it. It is bonded with super glue, as cement for plastic does not work. Start painting with a primer, then the covering shade, and finish with light chipping on the edges and soiling of the underside, because a tow bar gets dragged around the apron and it shows.
