The Eduard photo-etched detail set for a model of the Vampire T.11 in 1:72 scale adds fine metal and color-printed elements to the cockpit and the airframe of the trainer.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not a kit but a photo-etched detail set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard. It is intended to upgrade a 1:72 plastic model of the British de Havilland Vampire T.11 jet trainer.
The de Havilland Vampire T.11 was a two-seat jet trainer with its characteristic twin-boom tail. It served to train pilots of the Royal Air Force and of other countries in the 1950s and 1960s.
The set combines brass parts with color-printed elements such as instrument panels and seatbelts, which are clearly visible under the large transparent canopy. Photo-etched parts are separated with a sharp knife, bent in a bending tool and glued with super glue (cyanoacrylate); the colored elements do not have to be painted.
The photo-etched set is an accessory, not a model. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
