Star Decals 1:72 War in Ukraine No. 6 - the T-72B1 and the BMP-1 is a sheet of water-slide decals with the markings of tanks and armored vehicles from the Donetsk and Luhansk areas of 2022.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a sheet of wet (water-slide) decals in 1:72 scale, not a kit. The set is devoted to T-72B1 tanks and BMP-1 infantry fighting vehicles and further armored vehicles used by the armed formations of the Donetsk and Luhansk areas in 2022. The decals will round matching plastic models out with period tactical markings.
The T-72B1 is one of the versions of the Soviet and Russian medium tank T-72; the BMP-1 is a tracked infantry fighting vehicle with a low silhouette and a turret with a low-pressure gun. Vehicles committed in the area mentioned carried various tactical insignia, numbers and improvised identification symbols, typical of the hardware of the fighting in the east of Ukraine.
Go over the area under a decal with gloss varnish for perfect seating. Soak the cut-out decal in lukewarm water, slide it onto the model and position it. Settling into details and engraving will be supported by a decal softener; a final matte varnish brings the markings together with the surface of the vehicle.
This is a sheet of decals on its own. The models, the paints and the varnish are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
