Responsibility details are not available.
The photo-etched set from the Czech maker Hauler serves to refine the Revell kit of the British Warrior MCV infantry fighting vehicle in 1:72 scale. It is not a model in its own right — it is an accessory that replaces and adds to the plastic parts with fine etched parts in thin metal and takes the level of detail far beyond what injection-molded plastic can offer.
The Warrior MCV is a British tracked infantry fighting vehicle taken into service in the late 1980s. With a two-man turret armed with a 30 mm RARDEN cannon, the vehicle carries a section of infantry and has seen action in the Gulf War, in the Balkans and in Iraq among other places. Thanks to its long service and its many modifications it is a rewarding subject for modelers of modern military vehicles.
Separate the photo-etched parts from the carrier fret with a sharp knife on a hard surface and clean the edges up with a fine file. A photo-etch bender is good for bending, or tweezers with flat jaws and a steel ruler. Glue the parts with super glue (cyanoacrylate) applied in small amounts with a pin or a piece of wire. Before painting, spray the whole model with primer so that the paint holds reliably on the metal parts.
This is an accessory set of photo-etched parts — the basic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
