Peewit 1:72 Wellesley is a die-cut self-adhesive masking set for cleanly spraying the cockpit framing of a model of the British Vickers Wellesley bomber.
Responsibility details are not available.
Precisely die-cut self-adhesive masks for models of the British Vickers Wellesley bomber in 1:72 scale. The masks are die-cut from masking film and follow the frames of the long cockpit glazing. It is not a paint or a kit but an accessory that makes spraying easier.
The Vickers Wellesley was a British single-engine bomber of the second half of the 1930s with a characteristic geodetic fuselage structure (which the Wellington later made famous) and long, slender wings. It became known above all for long-distance flights and served with the RAF at the beginning of the Second World War, mainly in East Africa. The extensive glazing of the tandem cockpits makes masking by hand a lengthy job.
The set holds masking film only, not paint, glue or the model itself.
