A detailed accessory, not a model, containing color-printed photo-etched pilot seat belts for the Soviet fighters of the Yakovlev design bureau from the Second World War period in 1:72 scale. The belts are pre-printed and ready for immediate use.
It replaces missing or flat belts in the cockpit with realistic belts that can be shaped in three dimensions, with faithful colors and buckles. Even this small detail markedly enlivens an otherwise empty seat, which is clearly visible on models with an open canopy.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife, bend them carefully into the shape you want (etched metal holds its shape) and attach them with a tiny drop of super glue. Do not needlessly overcoat the color printing with aggressive solvents.
The set is an accessory for a plastic kit. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
