Yakovlev Yak-15 – wheels 1:72 is a resin detail set of wheels from Armory. It is not a model but replacement wheels for models of the Yak-15 jet fighter.

This resin set replaces the wheels from the box with accurate castings with a faithful tread pattern and rim detail. It is intended for models of the early Soviet Yak-15 jet fighter in 1:72 scale. It is not an airplane kit but a refining accessory for a base model.
The Yakovlev Yak-15 was among the first Soviet jet fighters of the postwar period. It was created by converting the piston-engined Yak-3, into whose nose a jet engine was built, so it kept the mixed wood and metal structure and the classic tailwheel landing gear layout. It served above all as a transitional and training type for the arrival of the jet era.
Wash the parts to remove the mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and clean them up. Bond the resin with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. A light primer before painting is advisable, for the adhesion of the paint on the resin.
This is an accessory, not a model. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
